Seb Martinez

Co-Director & Physiotherapist

Seb is a co-director of Rehab Wise Physiotherapy with experience across sports injuries, orthopaedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, musculoskeletal physiotherapy and vestibular rehabilitation. He is passionate about helping people overcome pain and injury through structured rehabilitation plans that deliver measurable results. Outside the clinic, Seb is the physiotherapist for the Waves Tigers Rugby League team and enjoys spending time with his family, Rugby League and the outdoors.

Matthew Churchill

Co-Director & Physiotherapist

Matthew brings more than 25 years of physiotherapy experience, with a special interest in joint replacement rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, back pain and hip conditions. His treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, dry needling and specialised casting services. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys endurance sports, including marathons and triathlons, and is passionate about helping people stay active and independent.

Ethan McMillan

Physiotherapist

Ethan graduated from the University of Queensland and returned home to Bundaberg to join the Rehab Wise team. He has a strong interest in sports injuries, rehabilitation and exercise-based physiotherapy, helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. Outside the clinic, Ethan enjoys movies and playing a wide range of sports.

Mitchell Shorten

Physiotherapist & Local Pain Educator

Mitch has a special interest in persistent pain management and serves as Bundaberg’s Local Pain Educator through Pain Revolution. Using modern pain science and personalised rehabilitation strategies, he helps people improve confidence, movement and quality of life. Mitch is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery.

Cassie Baigent

Physiotherapist

Cassie is an experienced physiotherapist with expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries, dry needling, reformer Pilates and lymphoedema management. She is currently completing a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy through the University of Queensland and is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Outside the clinic, Cassie enjoys running, swimming, gym training, yoga and spending time with her family.

Joel Lee

Physiotherapist

Joel graduated from CQUniversity Bundaberg and has experience across sports, rehabilitation, neurological and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy settings. He enjoys combining hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation and values building strong relationships with his patients. Outside of work, Joel enjoys swimming, the gym, technology, food and is fluent in Korean.
